"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found the site easy to use, honestly. I was able to get to the tests I needed without too much messing around, though a couple pages looked kind of crowded and somehow that made me feel like I was missing something, even when I probably wasn’t. It took me a minute to figure out where a few things were, but once I did, it was fine. The practice tests loaded without issues, and I liked that it saved my progress because I don’t always finish things in one go. I do think it would feel better with a cleaner layout, but overall it did what I needed it to do

"Packages were easy enough to compare"
The packages were straightforward to look through, and I was able to pick one without much hassle. I guess I expected it to be more confusing, but.....

"Checkout was fine, just a bit clunky"
The checkout on jobtestprep.co.uk was okay overall. I found what I needed without too much hassle, and the payment part didn’t take long, so I can’t really complain about that side of it.

That said, it did feel a little clunky in a few places, and I ended up double checking some details before buying. Not saying it’s a scam, but the process could definitely feel a bit smoother and more reassuring.

"Finally, a login that just works"
I’m just relieved that I was able to get in every single time without dealing with some ridiculous login drama. No random errors, no password loop, no “try again later” nonsense. It just worked, which apparently feels rare these days.

"Cancelled but refund was fine"
I ended up cancelling my order, and the refund went through okay. Nothing too complicated, nothing too stressful. It was cancelled and the refund was okay, so overall it was fine.

"helpful practice, but not perfect"
i used jobtestprep.co mostly because they had a good range of practice tests, and overall it was helpful. they covered the numerical and verbal tests i needed, and there were some situational judgement ones too. not everything matched my actual test exactly, but it was close enough that i felt way less unsure going in. i’d give it 4 stars because some of the explanations could’ve been a bit clearer.

"Felt Close to the Real Thing"
I remember sitting down for the actual exam and thinking, “Okay, this feels familiar.” The practice tests had really helped me get used to the format and the pacing, so I wasn’t as nervous as I expected to be. Most of the questions felt very similar to what I had practiced, though there were a few that seemed a little off or not quite like the real exam. Overall, though, they definitely gave me a solid idea of what to expect.

"Pretty solid on my phone"
I mostly used it on my phone and, yeah, it worked well. Pages loaded fine for me, which was nice. A few parts did feel a little cramped on the smaller screen, but it was still easy enough to get around and use without much trouble.

"Seems like it can help"
I feel like there’s probably room for this to improve scores over time. I haven’t seen a huge difference yet, but it seems like it’s on the right track.

"A little pricey, honestly"
At first I was like, okay, this is fine, nothing too crazy. But then I saw the total and suddenly I was side-eyeing the whole thing. It’s decent, sure, but I wouldn’t exactly call it cheap.

"Left a Bit More Confused"
The explanations felt rushed, and at first I thought I was following along, but actually I ended up more confused by the end.

"They keep it up to date"
I liked that the practice questions didn’t feel old or random. It seemed like they were updating stuff often, or at least that’s how it felt when I was using it. That made me feel a little more confident going into my test, especially with some of the newer-looking questions on there.

"Trust your gut on some of these"
There are some solid practice questions in here, and a few were genuinely helpful. That said, a couple of them felt a little off to me, so I’d say trust your instinct if something doesn’t seem quite right

"I used JobTestPrep before an upcoming test, and..."
I used JobTestPrep before an upcoming test, and it was helpful overall. The practice material felt close to what I ended up seeing on the actual test, especially in terms of the question style and topics. A few of the practice questions seemed a bit easier than the real thing, but it still gave me a good idea of what to expect and helped me feel more prepared. I’d say it’s worth considering if you want some extra practice beforehand.

"Helpful for tracking progress"
I’ve been using it to keep an eye on how I’m doing, and like I said, it’s helpful for seeing where I’m actually improving. The progress tracking is solid, but like I said, the analytics could be a bit clearer in some places. Overall, it’s been a good tool for staying on top of things.

"Not really worth the price"
Some of the practice material was actually useful, so I’ll give it that. But for what they’re charging, I expected a lot more. It kind of feels like they hype up the paid subscription and then don’t deliver enough to justify it. Also, cancelling wasn’t exactly obvious at first, which is annoying and feels like that’s on them.

"Clear videos that made things easier to get"
The video lessons were clear and easy to follow, which helped me understand the material a lot better. A few parts felt a bit slow, almost like they were stretching things out on purpose, but overall it was still useful and easy to keep up with.

"The study plan helped me stay disciplined"
I really appreciated how the study plan was laid out. It gave me something clear to follow each day, so I wasn’t just guessing or wasting time. For me, it felt like the responsible way to prepare, stay organised, put in steady effort, and not leave everything until the last minute. It was easy to stick with and definitely helped me feel more on track before the test. I’d use it again.

The practice questions felt close to what was on the real test, so they helped me a ton. Definitely made me feel more prepared.

"Helpful practice, with a few small drawbacks"
I used JobTestPrep to get ready for an online assessment, it did help. The practice questions felt close to what I ended up seeing, and it gave me a better feel for the style and timing. I think that made a real difference in helping me feel less thrown off on the actual test.
To be fair, not everything was perfect. Some of the explanations could have been clearer, and after a while a few of the tests started to feel a bit repetitive. Still, I got what I needed from it, and overall I’d say it was worth using if you want to go in feeling more prepared
